Rosemary is a leader in the entertainment industry focused on women’s empowerment, diversity, and equality. She is the founder of POW TV Studios, where she produces television content centered on powerful stories of women, highlighting strength, resilience, and global impact.
Her early career began as a horse stunt rider, later transitioning into event organization and talent management, where she founded a successful talent agency representing A-list artists. She went on to work as a producer and director, creating over 135 critically acclaimed TV shows for mainstream broadcasters.
She also founded POW Talent Agency, part of POW Studios, dedicated exclusively to representing female talent across sports, arts, literature, and global influence, with a mission to amplify women’s voices internationally.
In addition to her media work, she is actively involved in philanthropy and advocacy. She serves as President of Soho House’s 10:10 Club and is involved with The Ned Club globally, organizing panels, workshops, and speaking events to support women’s advancement, particularly focusing on women over 45 through her upcoming series Prime Time.
She is an ambassador for Refuge (UK’s domestic abuse charity), helped establish The First Step Domestic Violence Centre in London, and serves as a trustee of the Jane Goodall Institute UK, supporting environmental and animal welfare initiatives. She is also on the advisory board of Centrepoint, a UK charity for homeless youth.
