Geeta Sidhu-Robb

Multi-award-winning entrepreneur, health coach, and activist.

Geeta Sidhu-Robb is a multi-award-winning entrepreneur, health coach, and activist. She is a 5-time winner of the Entrepreneur and Businesswoman of the Year award and has recently been honoured with three prestigious accolades: the Disruptor of the Year award from Best Business Awards, Most Inspiring Women’s Workplace Equity Advocate 2025 from the UK Enterprise Awards, and the Women’s Brand Impact Award from UNWWO (World Women Organization). Additionally, she was the Silver Award winner for 2025 Woman of the Year from WCWA (Women Changing the World).

Having developed the hugely successful Nosh Detox in 2008 after her son was born with severe food allergies, eczema, asthma, and anaphylaxis, she has built a formidable reputation for success in the health and nutrition industry — counting Gwyneth Paltrow as one of her first clients. She retrained from lawyer to a health & wellness coach for successful professional women.

Over the years, Geeta has built up a roster of world-famous clients, working with the Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, Nadia Swarovski, Gurinder Chadha (Bend It Like Beckham), Sam Smith of finnCap (working with her from £3M to an IPO and a £55M exit), and numerous other successful women CEOs, charity heads, country heads, and celebrities from Fidelity, Impellam, Barclays, UBS, and others.

Her coaching clients describe working with her as “transformational & life-changing,” crediting her guidance with helping them achieve promotions, double revenue, manage successful IPOs, launch massive company growth, and create fulfilling personal lives.

She recently launched The Womanist Movement at the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women. The B2B element is WCorp, a movement to certify companies that create safe and supportive workplaces for women to succeed in. This global movement aims to create change at ground level and help make the workplace a level playing field. The B2C element is WComm — a women-only space for women globally to be seen and heard. Entry is $1/month, and it encompasses wealth creation as well as a forum for rating companies on their women-friendly policies.

Geeta has always been an activist and helped run, then chair, Open Britain (the largest political lobbying campaign in the UK) against Brexit, organizing protest marches for up to a million people at a time. In addition to her business ventures, Geeta chairs and serves on two charity boards:
• Microloan Foundation, empowering the poorest women in the world through business loans and training.
• Sarah’s Trust, founded by the Duchess of York to drive impactful global change.

She also recently stepped down in April 2024 as chair of Montessori Global, an organization dedicated to delivering education to refugee children around the world.

A highly sought-after media expert and speaker, Geeta regularly appears in newspapers, on radio, and on TV in the UK and across Europe. Her motto is, “Anything is possible. If you can see it, you can do it; if you can dream it, you can make it happen.”
