Our startup success team will help you to get ready. You’ll be entered in one of three distinct startup programs: ALPHA, BETA or GROWTH. Each program has a range of support, from helping you create your exhibitor stand to polishing your pitch deck.
Your startup profile is the key to raising your visibility at Unicorn Summit. This is the place to showcase your product pitch, alongside links to your website and social media presence. Share everything with our attendees, and have it featured on our website.
We have a number of unique startup activations, including PITCH, Startup Showcase and Mentor Hours. You may want to apply for these. PITCH, for example, gives early-stage startups the chance to compete in a live pitching battle on our largest stages.

PITCH is Unicorn Summit startup competition, bringing together the world’s leading early-stage startups to battle it out onstage. Pitch has three steps:
Step 1: Assessment and selection
All applications are recorded and passed on to an independent panel of influential judges for assessment.
Step 2: Prepare for battle
The top startups will prepare their decks and delivery to battle it out onstage at Unicorn Summit.
Step 3: Time to pitch
Present in front of a panel of investors, members of the media and global partners for the chance to be crowned the winner of PITCH.
Meet the minds behind the unicorns and get advice from people who’ve done it all before. Mentor Hours connects rising startups with established experts for 15-minute meetings.
What is Mentor Hours?
Mentor Hours is a series of pre-scheduled, 15-minute meetings between our high-level attendees and startups.
Mentor Hours has four distinct tracks: lead, engage, build and grow. Each track has a specific focus and mentors with relevant expertise to ensure you discuss the issues most important to your startup.
Mentors spend 15 minutes coaching startups in a group session. This mix of backgrounds means the session will be shaped by individual and collective experiences in the startup community. Mentors has four steps:
Step 1: Lead
Master the art of leadership, strategy, entrepreneurship and hiring. Our attending CEOs and managing directors will share their experience on enhancing leadership capabilities while optimizing your team’s personal growth and company strategy.
Step 2: Engage
Learn how to tell your story to the world. Our attending brand experts will share their personal experience of marketing, brand identity, social engagement and public relations. This is your chance to ask questions you can’t ask the media or your customers.
Step 3: Build
Learn more about product development, software, hardware, big data, UI, UX or front/back-end development. Our attending engineers, data scientists and product designers will share their extensive personal experience on all things tech.
Step 4: Grow
Raising capital or just need financial guidance? Quiz our attending investors and top-level fund managers on the dos and don’ts of financial management, or ask your burning questions about negotiating investment or applying for a business loan.

How does it work?
Startup Showcase brings together startups from a range of industries to present their company and vision to our attendees, investors and members of the international media. Our top startups take to the stage to present. Showcases has four steps:
Step 1: Brand awareness
The world’s media publications and journalists will join us at Unicorn Summit in search of the next big story in tech. They’ll help take your startup’s message global.
Step 2: Funding
Investor to startup meetings are pre-scheduled sessions between the world’s most influential investors and the startups that excite them.
Step 3: Networking
Networking opportunities are woven throughout the Unicorn Summit experience. Use the Unicorn Summit platform to start networking before the event even begins, and boost your profile with activations such as Startup Showcase in order to catch the attention of investors and find potential leads.
Step 4: Meaningful connections
Schedule meetings with founders who’ve overcome all the odds and with trendsetting companies in your industry, then follow up on these leads after the event. You never know who may become your new business partner, investor or mentor.

How does it work?
To apply for 30 Seconds, simply send us a video in which you outline your company’s pitch in just 30 Seconds. If chosen, your video will be shown on our stage at Unicorn Summit. 30 Seconds has three steps:
Step 1: Startup selection
Startups must submit a self-recorded video of their elevator pitch. Our team will review each application and create a shortlist of successful candidates.
Step 2: Make every second count
You’ve only got 30 seconds, so use them wisely. Cut the filler and focus on the idea. Bear in mind that your video isn’t just going out to investors – it’s for everyone at Unicorn Summit. Use language that all attendees will understand, whatever their background.
Step 3: At the event
All selected videos will be played on stages, maximizing your exposure and broadcasting your pitch to all attendees.

Startups that purchase a package for Unicorn Summit are automatically added to our “investor to startup” meetings. Our investors view your startup profile and select who they’d most like to meet. If you’re selected, we’ll contact you with your meeting details. Investor to startup meetings are designed to give high-potential startups an edge. This is where you’ll get insider advice on making yourself irresistible to investors. Investor to startup meetings run throughout Unicorn Summit.
