José Luis Cabañero founded Eatable Adventures in 2015 with the aim of collaborating in the development of the food sector in its transition towards a more sustainable and efficient model.
Eatable Adventures is currently the leading foodtech accelerator in Europe and Latam, developing collaboration models between the industry and the most promising start-ups generating innovation opportunities at high speed.
José Luis Cabañero developed his professional career in the innovation and new technologies sector in leading global companies in the high-tech sector; leading development units of new markets and emerging technologies in EMEA and Latam.
José Luis holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Extremadura. He then completed his technological preparation with business studies at Stanford and Berkeley Business School. Additionally, he was trained in the food sector at Le Cordon Bleu and the University of Reims Champagne-Ardennes.
