As a fellowship-trained physician, Dr. Paziotopoulos has extensive experience addressing complex health concerns using innovative treatment options, while maintaining a strong emphasis on prevention to slow—or even reverse—the biological processes of aging. He is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, individualized care, dedicating substantial time and attention to each patient’s program to ensure optimal outcomes. Services range from à la carte therapies to comprehensive, membership-based longevity programs tailored to individual goals.
Dr. Paziotopoulos earned his MD from St. Matthew’s University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in Family Practice at Mercer University and the Medical Center of Central Georgia, both in Macon, Georgia. He went on to complete a fellowship in anti-aging, regenerative, and functional medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, as well as an advanced fellowship in stem cell therapeutics through the Metabolic Medical Institute.
A pioneer in age-reversal medicine, Dr. Paziotopoulos is the Founder and Lead Physician of The Pazio Institute, where he developed Medical Maintenance Engineering® (MME)—an innovative framework designed not only to slow but actively reverse biological aging while optimizing healthspan and performance. His clinical model later inspired the creation of the Institute for Medical Maintenance Engineering (iMME), expanding access to his methodology and advancing a global vision for transformative longevity care.
Beyond medicine, Dr. Paziotopoulos is a Certified Ashtanga yoga instructor and a third-degree black belt in Shaolin kung fu. He actively practices both disciplines, embodying the vitality and resilience he encourages in his patients and inspiring others to pursue exceptional health and purposeful longevity.
